Classic Styled Table
One kids’ farm table, eight cross-back chairs or stools, coordinated disposable plates, napkins and cutlery, and simple centerpieces from our existing collection. Choose an available design; custom name cards and new design work are separate.
Custom Styled Table
Kids’ farm tables and seating, coordinated disposable tableware, printed name cards, and a centerpiece arrangement using our existing décor. Includes one theme, one design concept, and one consolidated revision.
Table setups can be tailored to your guest count. Your quote includes matching settings, seating, and tables for the agreed layout. Specialty purchases, additional concepts or revisions, fresh flowers, favors, premium tableware, balloons, backdrops, and fabrication are quoted separately before approval. Pictured: a custom celebration with upgrades. Delivery, pickup, and applicable tax are itemized in your personalized quote.

Our signature activity
Basketball Drip Painting
Turn a basketball into a colorful take-home creation. Includes one basketball per child, paints, activity trays, table protection, setup, and a drying arrangement.

One age-appropriate project selected from available options, such as wand decorating, bracelet making, playdough, or painting. Includes standard materials, one coordinated station sign, one theme, and one consolidated revision. Specialty blanks, extensive personalization, new project development, and extra revisions are quoted separately.
Each activity setup for eight children includes materials for up to 8 children, two 4-ft adjustable tables, eight white kids’ folding chairs, table protection, instructions, and setup. Larger groups are welcome; your quote includes supplies, seating, and tables for your guest count. Delivery, pickup, and applicable tax are itemized in your personalized quote.

Custom Coloring Wall
Personalized coloring artwork up to 3 × 8 ft, a freestanding display, washable coloring supplies, floor protection, and setup. Keep the artwork; we collect reusable equipment.

Candy Cart
Choose a plain cart rental or a styled setup. Styling includes the cart, display containers, simple décor from our collection, and one standard-size printed front sign personalized from an existing template. Includes one consolidated sign revision. The family supplies candy or desserts.
New artwork, extra revisions, larger signs, candy sourcing, filled favors, and balloons are quoted separately. Delivery and applicable tax are additional.

Favor Stations
Our display option includes available display furniture, reusable containers, existing décor, and one template-based printed sign with one consolidated revision; you supply the favors. Our complete option includes that display plus one standard favor item, packaging, and a personalized label for each of 8 children.
The quoted favor item is confirmed before booking. Custom totes, books, beanies, multiple-item sets, new sign design, and extra revisions are quoted to your selected scope. Delivery and applicable tax are additional. Past event pictured with upgrades; display furniture varies. The large cubby is not available to rent.

I’m Wendy, the person behind Little Lands Play Co. in Summit, New Jersey. I bring together children’s furniture, thoughtful party styling, and creative activity setups to help families celebrate their little ones.
A favorite story, a sport, a color, a whole imaginary world—we’ll use what makes your child light up as our starting point.
Serving Summit, Short Hills, Millburn, Chatham, Madison, and New Providence, with nearby towns quoted individually. Delivery and pickup are quoted for your location and setup.

Every celebration is quoted individually. Your itemized quote includes your chosen services, rentals, delivery, and applicable tax before you reserve a date.
Where we deliver
Based in Summit, serving Summit, Short Hills, Millburn, Chatham, Madison, and New Providence. Nearby towns, including Maplewood and Westfield, are considered by location and availability.
Delivery & travel
Delivery and pickup are quoted based on your location, order size, access, and timing. We’re based in Summit and deliver locally and to nearby towns. Longer distances, larger loads, stairs, long carries, parking fees, or tightly timed pickups are quoted in advance. You pay one delivery charge per combined booking. Any furniture-only minimum order requirements are confirmed in your quote.
Rental & setup window
Your rental covers up to six hours of event time. We’ll arrive 60–90 minutes early to set up and allow 30–60 minutes for collection starting at your agreed pickup time. Setup and collection don’t count against your six hours. Larger installations may need more time, and we’ll confirm exact times in your quote. Need overnight use, an extension, or an extra trip? Just ask in advance, as extra fees may apply. Please tell us your venue’s access hours when you inquire.
Reserve your date
A signed agreement and 50% deposit confirm your date. The balance is due seven days before your event (bookings within seven days are paid in full). We send a Square invoice for each payment.
Care, damage & collection
Please keep our furniture and reusable pieces dry, supervised, and at the agreed location. Normal wear is on us. If something is lost, broken, or damaged beyond normal wear, we’ll document it and send a separate invoice for any reasonable repair, replacement, or extra cleaning. Before pickup, please clear food, used craft supplies, and trash. Full event cleanup isn’t included.
Cancellation & rescheduling
We know plans change. Here’s how we handle it:
- Deposit: Your 50% booking deposit holds your date, and it’s nonrefundable if you cancel.
- Custom work: If we’ve already purchased custom items or started your design, those costs may be billed. They’ll be listed in your quote, and you’ll never pay more than your booking total.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule once, with at least 14 days’ notice, to a date within six months (subject to availability). If your custom costs change, we’ll update your total.
- Outdoor events: Please plan a weather backup with us when you book.
- If we need to cancel: If we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll receive a full refund for anything we haven’t delivered.
- How to cancel: Please send cancellation requests in writing (email is fine).
Exact access windows, quantities, custom purchases, and terms are confirmed in your written quote and agreement.

Before the celebration.
Is furniture included in the activity packages?
Yes. Activity setups for eight children include two 4-ft adjustable tables and eight white kids’ folding chairs, plus supplies for up to eight children. We confirm larger layouts in your quote. If you book several services, your proposal accounts for the furniture actually needed.
Do you stay to lead activities?
No. Our creative experiences are setup-only. A responsible adult from your party must supervise children and help them follow the activity instructions. We return to collect reusable equipment.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery and pickup are quoted for your location, order size, access, and timing. We confirm the charge in advance. Delivery is charged once for a combined booking.
Can I book furniture without styling?
Yes. Choose individual pieces or a seating bundle. Your quote confirms any minimum order requirements, delivery, and applicable tax. Smaller quantities can be added to a party service booking.
Can you combine tables, activities, and party extras?
Absolutely. Tell us which areas you would like styled and we’ll create a combined proposal. Custom celebrations are quoted to the agreed scope. Elaborate flowers, balloons, backdrops, specialty favors, and fabrication are quoted separately to your selected scope.
Who clears up after the activity?
The family clears used supplies and party waste before collection. We collect our furniture and reusable equipment; full event cleanup is not included. Drying and take-home arrangements are confirmed for painting activities.
